NOEMI CREAM DEVELOPER:

Thanks to a creamy consistency it facilitates mixing and does not drip during application. 

Application: Mix the Noemi Dye with the 3% Solution in a ratio of 1:1. Leave for 10-15 minutes depending on the desired results.

Available in two formats of 14 ml and 50ml.

Ingredients: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium

Experience a deeper, more defined stain with Noemi’s innovative gel formula, perfect for those seeking a bolder look. 

While the original cream developer offers a powdered, natural finish, the gel version delivers intensity and precision. If you’re new to the range or an existing Noemi customer, the new brow gel is a must have for your dye kit!

Application: Mix Noemi Dye and GEL Solution in the same ratio (1:1). Then apply to the eyebrows and leave for 10-15 minutes.
